+Quality Assurances / Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
-Quality Assurance Executive (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our contact center agents. The QA will monitor all interactions including chats, emails, or outbound calls to measure adherence to prescribed company policies and processes. -Perform call/chat monitoring and evaluate the agent's performance concerning the quality of service offered through all channels. -Conduct coaching with the agents to provide feedback on areas of improvement. -Provide clear insight into performance drivers and the levers which impact performance, and stakeholders to drive CSAT. -Provide clear insight into performance drivers and the levers which impact performance. -Hold calibrations and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on company policies and processes.
Knowledge, Skillset & Qualifications required:
-Minimum 1 year of call center experience. -Experience in data analysis. -Experience in quality assurance is a plus. -Bachelor's Degree. -Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Khmer. -Exceptional listening and analytical skills. -Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment. -Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed. -Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel).
